Promoting a healthy natural immune system can be influenced by a number of factors including dietary changes, taking vitamins, sleep habits and movement of your body. Here are 9 of my favourite tips to strengthen your immunity naturally.

Enjoy Some Social Time With Those You Love
Your mental health and your immune system go hand in hand, a collaboration of 2 components of our health supporting each other daily. Spending time with friends and family boosts dopamine “the happy hormone” which results in feelings of well-being and contentment, a great boost for your immune system.
Move Your Body and Soak Up Time Outdoors
Not only does exercise get the immune cells moving throughout the body during activity, but it also promotes a lasting presence of these immune cells for up to three hours after exercise is completed.
Being outside and breathing fresh air can strengthen the immune system. The fresh air and oxygen can kill bacteria and fuel the cells that help the body fight off viruses and other invaders.
Rest Up With a Good Night's Sleep
Studies have shown that people who don't get quality sleep or enough sleep are more likely to get sick after being exposed to a virus, such as a common cold. Lack of sleep can also affect how fast you recover if you do fall ill.
Wash Your Hands
A tried-and-true way of boosting your immune system is to wash your hands, with warm soapy water, especially before meals.
Limit Alcohol Consumption and Kick Your Smoking Habit
