No negotiating with yourself over whether you feel like it or not. No procrastinating.

The early morning is very peaceful, still, and quiet time. It's much more likely that you can stick to a morning meditation routine compared to that of an afternoon or evening routine.
How you start your day is how you live your day- so let's start if off with peace, clarity, and a sense of being grounded.
Embrace the quiet mornings by listening to the birds starting to chirp or quietly watching the sun rise over the horizon. Or simply observe your breathe for 5 minutes.
